Job Title

A Digital Product Manager role awaits a dynamic individual with strong commercial acumen and digital product development experience. As the Commercial Product Manager, you will lead digital product innovation and launch new initiatives that drive revenue growth.

\About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of Australian media. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital product development and commercial acumen with experience in TV, BVOD, and media sales or agency.

\Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Enablement: Supporting the Sales team as the in-market lead across Premium Ads, eCommerce, and new products. Drive GTM strategy, sales enablement, and pitch support that makes things happen.
  • Digital Ad Product Roadmap: Owning the digital ad product roadmap through collaboration with Product Solutions and AdTech teams to accelerate and adopt initiatives that drive 7digital annual product and revenue plan.
  • Team Management: Managing a talented team, building powerful external partnerships, and representing Commercial across the business as a trusted advisor.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market analysis and competitive intel to drive strategy, newmarket opportunities, and turn insights into action.
  • Training and Development: Empowering the team with impactful training and hands-on support by sharpening their skills, boosting confidence, and sharing best practices.

\Requirements
  • Commercial Acumen: Sharp commercial acumen with digital product development experience and solid background in digital, TV, BVOD, and media sales or agency.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft 365/MS Office Suite skills with knowledge of digital products and the digital landscape.
  • Leadership: Proven track record in leading and inspiring teams to success.
