Facilities Operations Manager

This role supports protecting national security operations and facilities by overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and repair of complex systems and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Directs work groups and units engaged in planning, construction, maintenance, operation, repair, renovation, alteration, and demolition of buildings, structures, equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Establishes schedules and budgetary controls, allocates expenditures, and oversees coordination of major construction activities with engineering, contracts, and government agencies.
- Ensures compliance with contract specifications, insurance requirements, and local building codes.
- Must be a US or Australian Citizen
- Must possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or technical equivalent and a minimum of 8 years directly related facilities experience. In lieu of formal education, 16 years of directly related experience.
Location: This position is expected to be onsite 100%. The role requires adaptability to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements, as well as decision-making ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
