Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to lead our team in providing top-notch services for our government customer's sites.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities operations and maintenance, with experience in directing the O&M of buildings/structures, ground services, engineering, central plant, fire protection/life safety, security, and custodial.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop equipment maintenance scheduling plans, ensuring maintenance, testing, and inspection of equipment and systems comply with US Government and Host Nation codes.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of all structures, systems, sub-systems, and components, adhering to OEM instructions and recommendations.
  • Utilize industry standard practices for predictive maintenance and monitor the effectiveness of the planned maintenance program, making necessary modifications to reduce equipment failures.
  • Formulate and enforce operational and maintenance standards that support company objectives, contractual requirements, and regulatory and environmental standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical acumen, attention to detail, and a proven ability to make decisions and adhere to strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience prioritizing work plans, incorporating applicable environmental health and safety practices, operating and maintaining power generation equipment, and building recapitalization plans.


Requirements:
  • Possess an active TS/SCI with adjudicated CI polygraph or Host Nation PV clearance.
  • A minimum of five years of experience supporting projects of similar scope, size, and complexity.
  • A minimum of two consecutive years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing daily/weekly/monthly work plans and incorporating applicable environmental health and safety practices.
  • Experience working in 24x7x365 operational environments requiring close coordination with mission operations.
