We are seeking a commercially astute and forward-thinking business professional to drive the build and growth of our new 4WD & Touring business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive business plan that drives sales, profitability, and category differentiation in the market
  • Leading customer-led product development, range planning, and sourcing strategies that unlock value and margin growth
  • Delivering sales, gross profit, and inventory targets through sharp pricing, promotional planning, and business efficiencies
  • Inspiring, developing, and leading a high-performing team to achieve stretch goals and build a strong succession pipeline
  • Building strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders, trade partners, and senior leaders to bring big ideas to life

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a business management or category management role, ideally with 10+ years of commercial leadership
  • A track record of delivering sales, gross profit, and inventory targets in a fast-moving retail environment
  • Excellent negotiation, strategy, and leadership skills with the confidence to challenge and vision to inspire
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and anticipate roadblocks before they appear
