  • Process parts sales transactions for both over-the-counter and phone inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of automotive and 4WD parts, including accessories, components, and technical specifications.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products to suit their requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Experience managing parts inventory, stock levels, and ordering procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication to explain technical information clearly to customers and team members.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing orders and managing stock.
