About the Role

As a 4WD Accessories Sales Representative, you'll be working across in-store, phone, and online sales channels, helping customers get the very best out of their vehicles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound sales – phone calls, emails, and Facebook enquiries
  • Assisting fleet and trade customers with tailored solutions
  • Proactively reaching out to both new and existing customers
  • Supporting customers with service enquiries and product advice
  • Managing and optimising our online e-commerce portal

We're seeking someone who brings both enthusiasm and professionalism to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A trustworthy, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
  • A proven record in sales (automotive/auto parts experience preferred)
  • A professional and confident manner when dealing with customers
  • Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
