Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our award-winning Director in a thriving and close-knit team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with vendors regarding marketing and compliance matters
  • Manage administrative tasks for property listings
  • Prepare proposals, pre-list kits, marketing letters, and open home packs
  • Attend appointments including property photoshoots, bank valuations, pre-settlement inspections, and private buyer meetings
  • Create and manage agent advertising materials
  • Handle correspondence and maintain the database
  • Generate invoices and arrange settlements
  • Perform letterbox drops, magazine distribution, and pre-list kit deliveries when needed
  • Assist with open homes and auctions as required
  • Contribute creative ideas to drive the team's success
  • Provide general office support and backup
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has a strong administration/sales support background in Real Estate
  • Has a Current Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License
  • Can manage a prestigious workload with high-end clientele
  • Provides a high standard of customer service
  • Has strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Can work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
