With over 50 years of experience, they have established themselves as a trusted provider of security solutions to government, health, education, commercial, mining, and enforcement sectors.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals, working collaboratively with our team of specialist technicians and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Service Team to improve service delivery and customer support experience.
  2. Generate new sales leads and develop and expand our client base.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare tenders and liaise as required.
  4. Provide technical support to our Service Technicians.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the security industry, technical skills desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and selling skills, with demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Sales and Marketing skills, with good financial experience.
  • Outstanding Customer service skills and background.
  • Interest in current business trends and practices.
  • Energetic and can-do approach to problems.
  • Highly motivated, reliable, hardworking & have a good work aptitude.
  • Establish strong working relationships with both internal and external parties.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong IT skills proficient with Microsoft suite; Pronto and Espro experience beneficial.
  • Security Licence.
