We are seeking a skilled Emergency Consultant to join our medical team. As an experienced clinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality emergency services in a regional health setting.

About the Role:

As an Emergency Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of emergency services in coordination with the Medical Services team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the clinical ED floor efficiently and responding to MET/Code Blue/Code Black calls.
  • Engaging in clinical governance activities, including morbidity and mortality meetings, quality improvement, teaching, and clinical audits.
  • Enjoying a balanced workload tailored to your interests and expertise.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Specialist qualifications such as FACEM, FACRRM, or FRACGP.
