Senior Healthcare Specialist

Making a meaningful impact in regional communities requires delivering exceptional healthcare services. As an experienced Aged Care Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to lead preventative health programs and educate patients on disease management.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner, and at least 5 years' experience working in aged care. They will also be able to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team across aged care, acute, and community settings.
- Key responsibilities include provision of expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with diseases or disorders within the scope of practice.
- Leadership roles involve providing educational programs for patients and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
- Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions in consultation with general practitioners and specialist medical officers is crucial.
