The role of an Outpatient Physiotherapist is to deliver timely access to physio intervention and care for outpatients from our Elective Orthopaedic Centre. This permanent Monday to Friday outpatient role involves delivering both individual and group-based rehabilitation interventions, typically over a six-week period of patient care.
You will be responsible for managing waitlists, clinical setup, maintaining the readiness of the shared space, providing timely documentation and feedback to the wider Outpatient Physiotherapy team, and collaborating on the ongoing development of the program, including contributing to outcome tracking.
About YouWe are seeking a skilled and experienced clinician with a strong background in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will have:
- Confidence in designing and tailoring both group and individual therapy programs.
- Excellent written communication and clinical documentation skills.
- A proactive, self-directed approach - you are able to lead a service independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- A high level of professionalism, reliability, and time management.
- A flexible, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to step in and make a real difference.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Physiotherapy Assistant and the broader Outpatient Physiotherapy team, ensuring that patients receive the best possible outcomes.
