We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Specialist with specific experience in Success Factors, UKG, Payroll, and Rostering systems to join our talented team.

Responsibilities

  • Test Planning and Execution
    • Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.
    • Execute test cases to validate the functionality and performance of Kronos, Payroll, and Rostering systems.
    • Conduct thorough testing of the Kronos system to identify and report defects.
    • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure system integrity.
  • Payroll and Rostering System Validation
    • Perform testing activities related to Payroll and Rostering modules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Identify and document discrepancies, working closely with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
  • Regression Testing
    • Execute regression tests to ensure that system changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
    • Develop and maintain regression test suites for Kronos, Payroll, and Rostering components.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand system requirements and ensure testing alignment.
    • Provide clear and detailed reports on test progress, defects, and overall system quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist with a focus on Kronos, Payroll, and Rostering systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and workforce management systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
  • Experience with automated testing tools related to Kronos, Payroll, or Rostering systems.
