Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and execute test cases to validate the functionality and performance of Kronos, Payroll, and Rostering systems.
  • Payroll and Rostering System Validation: Perform testing activities related to Payroll and Rostering modules to ensure accuracy and compliance, and identify and document discrepancies, working closely with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
  • Regression Testing: Execute regression tests to ensure that system changes do not adversely impact existing functionality, and develop and maintain regression test suites for Kronos, Payroll, and Rostering components.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand system requirements and ensure testing alignment, and provide clear and detailed reports on test progress, defects, and overall system quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Tester with a focus on Kronos, Payroll, and Rostering systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and workforce management systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
  • Experience with automated testing tools related to Kronos, Payroll, or Rostering systems.
