We are seeking an innovative Booking Manager to join our global team.

The role of the Booking Manager is to manage research, pitchings and bookings for a portfolio of clients. This involves working directly with the Brand Manager on a briefing document and supported resources to gather a deep understanding of the client, avatar and strategy.

Key responsibilities include managing guest research and pitching to potential guests and connections for assigned clients, as well as tracking and reporting all activity and attending regular team meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will have 2+ years of experience in a similar position, with a natural ability to use tenacity and sleuthing to achieve results.

You should also have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency.

Additionally, you will need excellent writing skills for all forms of materials, as well as experience with Rocket Reach, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn and other database tools.
