This prestigious Pathfinder Cadetship Program is a career-defining opportunity for high-achieving undergraduate students. The program offers a unique blend of academic pursuits and real-world experience, allowing cadets to make a tangible impact in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Job Description:

The Pathfinder Cadet will work closely with a team of experts to provide scientific advice and develop technologies relevant to university studies. This will involve providing scientific and technical support to current Defence operations and military capability platforms, exploring future technologies for Defence and national security applications, and ensuring Australia is a smart buyer and user of Defence equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have Australian citizenship, be studying full-time at an Australian university, and be currently enrolled in a relevant STEM degree. Additionally, candidates must have successfully completed at least 12 months' full-time tertiary study of a relevant STEM degree before starting the Cadetship.
