About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and prioritise tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and families with care and compassion during their hospital stay
  • Work effectively with allied health professionals and other hospital departments to facilitate patient treatments or transfers
  • Preparation of patient files, appointment lists and coordination with other ward clerks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a medical environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
