About the Role

We are seeking a full time ward clerk to provide exceptional customer service by accurately recording patient data and movements. Responsibilities include coordinating documentation and certification, maintaining medical records, handling patient phone calls while ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

The successful applicant will possess strong attention to detail, work well in a team environment and have experience working in an administrative role with high level policies and processes.

Knowledge of MS Office and internal systems is essential, along with experience in a hospital environment. Data management skills are also desirable.
