Job Title

We are seeking a mid-senior level Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on meeting with clients, drafting pleadings and discussing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Major telecommunications disputes
  • Intellectual Property disputes
  • Long term relationships with household name clients
  • Ownership of client strategy, including drafting pleadings and meeting with clients
  • Work includes copyright and trade mark infringement, counterfeit goods, customs seizures, execution of Anton Piller orders
  • Telecommunications disputes including anti-competitive conduct cases; test cases on commission payments and payment systems; cross-border defamation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a commercial litigator
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law and litigation procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
