Dispute Resolution Senior Associate Job Description

This role involves working as a senior associate in our dispute resolution team, handling various matters including general commercial litigation, construction litigation, class actions, and financial services litigation.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with partners and engage in cross-national and cross-border disputes, advising clients across different industry sectors. The team is adept at operating in national courts, domestic or international arbitrations, or before specialist tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent drafting and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Develop a commercial approach and articulate and negotiate effectively.
  • Display strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
  • Be team-focused, provide leadership and mentoring to juniors in the team while also working independently.
  • Exhibit a proactive, positive, and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and interacting with the market and building client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in dispute resolution gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm, or in-house.
