Job Title: Culinary Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a chef. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish is presented in a visually appealing manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare and cook food according to menus and recipes, using fresh and seasonal ingredients where possible.
- To plan and implement menus, taking into account dietary requirements and allergies.
- To order food supplies and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- To maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- To train and develop junior staff members to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a strong focus on presentation and flavor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new menu ideas and cooking techniques.
