Senior Quality Assurance Professional

This is a dynamic and challenging role in the forefront of multiple exciting digital transformation initiatives, focusing on modernising core systems, enhancing customer experiences and streamlining business processes.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Professional, you will play a key part in shaping the future of digital services by contributing to impactful projects that make a difference to customers. You will be responsible for creating test plans, test cases, defects, traceability matrices and test summary reports.

Additionally, you will analyse business requirements, user stories and system solutions, providing superior testing competencies to ensure efficient and timely testing using planning skills and working with assigned teams.

Moreover, you will execute automated tests for assigned work in an efficient and productive manner to ensure testing is delivered to quality and within time parameters.

Furthermore, you will have excellent communication skills and manage customer expectations, proactively identifying issues and driving improvements in QA processes.

Lastly, you will coach and support other Quality Assurance Professionals to achieve high-quality results.
