Early Childhood Educator

Uniting Early Learning is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at St John's Child Care in Neutral Bay.
This is a full-time permanent position that offers a rewarding career opportunity for a qualified and experienced educator to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-6 years.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework and support children's learning outcomes.
- Develop positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and community members.
- Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
- Diploma in Children Services (essential) with previous experience working at a Diploma Level in an early learning service.
- A work history that demonstrates recording observations, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
