About the Opportunity

Uniting Early Learning is seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at St John's Child Care in Neutral Bay. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children from birth to 6 years old.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging play-based learning environments that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the community, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver a comprehensive curriculum, ensuring seamless transitions and a smooth learning journey for our children.
  • Document children's learning and progress, using observations and assessments to inform program planning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a long day care setting.
  • Passion for working with children and families, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and the community.
