About This Role

We're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic educator to join our team at Only About Children. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality early years education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver intentional teaching in dynamic small group learning environments
  • Monitor children's successes, skills, and challenges on an ongoing basis
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment

Requirements:

  • Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards any childcare qualification with experience of at least one work placement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work on-call, be booked in advance, and be adaptable
  • Working with Children Check - Employee
