About the RoleWe're seeking a highly driven Product Manager to lead solution discovery and development for our Chronic Insomnia solution. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving all aspects of solution discovery, including market research, scientific and technology analysis, and concept ideation.
Key Responsibilities- Drive solution discovery, including market research, scientific and technology analysis, and concept ideation
- Develop a deep understanding of the underlying neuroscience of Chronic Insomnia and use that to hone in on underlying mechanism of actions
- Facilitate product discovery workshops, user research, and competitive analysis to identify unmet patient needs
- Provide product leadership for internal and external technical teams and work with them to bring ideas to life
- Develop business models and commercial go-to-market strategies
- Develop a scientific-advisory panel, consisting of leading researchers and KOLs, and collaboratively work with them to define the forward direction
- Engage with startup ecosystems involved in Insomnia management, assessing potential collaboration models that might accelerate our efforts
- Influence senior leadership and communicate the product vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact
We're looking for a seasoned Product expert with an interest in neuroscience and a knack for turning complex problems into actionable solutions. You'll thrive in uncertainty, delivering measurable business impact with a user-centered approach.

- Proven ability to implement design thinking, lean, and agile methodologies
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Ability to work effectively with teams across global and cultural differences
- Quantitative mindset with experience delivering solutions that solve real business and user problems
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, aligning product solutions with user needs
