Key Qualifications">
  • Minimum 2+ years post-admission experience in NSW workers compensation law is required.
  • Solid knowledge of IRO guidelines and experience managing IRO-funded matters is essential.
  • A genuine interest in plaintiff work with a client-first approach is necessary.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills are expected.
  • The ability to manage files independently while contributing to team success is crucial.
