Cultural Program Manager

Our organization seeks a skilled leader to manage and coordinate cultural programs, events, and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility management, team leadership, and project management.
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can oversee multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote literacy, culture, and community engagement.
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality cultural experiences and events.
- Manage facilities and ensure they are well-maintained and utilized effectively.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including community groups, artists, and vendors.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Library & Information Studies, Arts Administration, Museum/Heritage Studies.
- Experience in facility management, team leadership, and project management.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- A valid Driver’s Licence.
