Cultural Experience Program Manager

- Tertiary qualification in Library & Information Studies, Arts Administration, or Museum/Heritage Studies is essential.
- Experience in facility management, particularly in libraries or cultural facilities, is required.
- Proven leadership experience in supervising and developing teams is necessary.
- Project management experience is highly desirable.
- A competitive salary and 12% superannuation package.
- A 35-hour working week on a nine-day fortnight.
- Long Service leave after five years.
- Mentorship and support from a Regional Leader.
