Our Production Engineering team is a global entity that supports diverse global trading infrastructure operating across many financial markets.

The team is accountable for everything from low-level infrastructure to custom applications, utilizing internally developed and open-source software heavily.

We are seeking someone who enjoys learning cutting-edge technologies and getting their hands dirty to solve challenging technical problems.

Responsibilities include building, managing, and maintaining sophisticated validator infrastructure and tooling for one of the world's top proprietary trading firms.

Work involves collaborating with software that is bleeding-edge and doing interesting things (consensus algorithms, distributed systems, cryptography) which often presents challenging technical problems.

Key tasks include taking responsibility for a wide range of on-chain infrastructure, including validators, light clients, and RPC nodes.

Improving monitoring and alerting systems for crypto infrastructure enables quick and effective problem resolution.

Experimentation with newest technologies and staying abreast of new developments in the blockchain ecosystem is essential.

Reasoning about and improving the security properties of infrastructure is critical, including secure key management, server hardening, intrusion detection, and security best practices.

Contribution to external partnerships directly impacting our bottom line is also expected.

Engagement in public forums raises community awareness and knowledge.
