Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Revit Designer to manage several major projects and work closely with customers to deliver innovative designs within a portfolio for the International Operations Design Team (ODT). The ideal candidate will possess a high work capacity & agility, be a natural self-starter, experienced in logistics and design, and comply with ODT processes, information flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Delivery: Deliver composite designs with no compromise on safety and quality of customer experience;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop ODT composites, delivered with precision;
  • Efficient Design Reviews: Run high-quality design reviews ensuring that designs are reviewed and accepted prior to approvals within SLA and meeting regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree: A degree in Architecture or a STEM discipline;
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit and Navisworks, as well as other related programs;
  • Work Space Design Experience: Experience in warehouse or fulfillment center environments;
  • Clash Detection Experience: Proven experience in clash detection and conflict resolution in 3D models;
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams and present results;
  • Teamwork and Problem Solving: Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with different disciplines, managing interpersonal relationships, and addressing technical challenges.
