Job Description

As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the set-up and management of building information modelling (BIM) frameworks on allocated projects. This includes coordinating with project stakeholders and other departments to ensure project requirements are met.

You will be responsible for providing training and support to teams utilising BIM software, as well as involvement in the bid phase to define project BIM requirements. Additionally, you will conduct initial set-up of allocated projects into BIM packages, prepare models with additional metadata, and ensure latest designs and changes are captured in the BIM package.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager and Engineers to virtually construct projects, focusing on delivering projects on time and within budget by ensuring real-time data is available to Project Management teams.
