**Job Title:** Desktop Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will provide professional technical support to our internal users, ensuring they receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot level 1 and 2 technical issues with hardware and software.
  • Ensure functionality of new hardware and deploy software updates.
  • Monitor network connectivity and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Active NV1 Federal Security Clearance.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting Windows 7/8/10 and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office.
  • A good understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM.
  • The ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
