Job Title:

Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with desktop hardware and software, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop hardware and software.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of experience in a technical support role.
