Senior Property Manager Job Opportunity

Taking charge of a well-established residential portfolio, you will step into a role where your expertise, client focus, and leadership make a real difference.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of residential rental properties. This position requires strong leadership, excellent relationship management, and a proactive approach to ensuring properties are well-managed and clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
  • Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor engagement, prioritizing timely completion and quality assurance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Market and lease vacant properties, process applications, and manage tenant onboarding, maximizing occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Monitor arrears and oversee effective rent collection processes, minimizing financial losses and improving cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and industry standards, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
  • Prepare property reports and provide updates to landlords, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance processes and improve client satisfaction, driving business growth and success.
About You:
  • Proven experience in residential property management, with a minimum of 5 years of successful track record.
  • Strong understanding of Victorian tenancy laws and compliance requirements, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to manage client and tenant expectations with ease.
  • Organized and able to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines, delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Confident in using property management software and digital tools, leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture.
