Residential Portfolio Manager

Opportunity exists to join a team of professionals managing a well-maintained portfolio using PropertyMe.
The role involves renter and rental liaison, preparing detailed asset plans, budgets, and financial reports, managing arrears, representing the company at VCAT, business development, lease renewal and rent reviews, handling maintenance requests, drafting new lease agreements, and conducting routine inspections.
The ideal candidate is passionate about a long-term career in property management, immaculately presented with a confident character, has at least 1 year of experience in managing a residential portfolio, proven ability to manage a residential portfolio, up-to-date Agent Rep and a valid driver's license, and immediate availability to start.
