Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical assistance for organisational infrastructure and applications.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • To resolve complex technical issues escalated by the team in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide customer-centric support services, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Contribute to collaborative problem resolution processes and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Enhance overall customer experience through quality support services.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Desktop Analyst or related role with proven troubleshooting skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports.
  • A proven track record of working independently with minimal supervision, while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols and technologies, including Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Exchange Shell/GUI.

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) experience is highly regarded and considered an advantage in this role.
