Job Opportunity

A Technical Support Specialist will work closely with clients to resolve complex issues and enhance their experience.

  • Provide advanced technical support for core functionalities, diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to APIs, data feeds, and integration methodologies.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations and analysis of reported issues, utilizing logs and system diagnostics.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve bugs or underlying system issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for common issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolution procedures.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience or proven experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of APIs, data feeds, and integration methodologies.
  • Experience with Python scripting for automation and data manipulation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Salsify's commerce infrastructure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
