The People Team, based in Osborne Park, are seeking an experienced and proactive part-time Receptionist/Office Coordinator to support our small team and business operations.
This role involves assisting with all Reception/Office Coordination related activities to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors as the first point of contact
- General Reception duties – directing incoming/outgoing calls, distributing mail, arranging couriers and maintaining the digital visitor sign-in process
- Coordinating building maintenance requirements and communication as required
- Booking & managing meeting rooms
- Ordering office supplies, maintaining kitchens/dishwashers, First Aid kits
- Coordinating travel and making accommodation arrangements as required
- Scheduling and managing client demonstration events and ordering catering
- Assisting with administrative duties including data entry, inbox management, credit card reconciliation, marketing leads, customer support certificates
Requirements include previous experience in a similar position, strong Microsoft skills, knowledge of Reception/Office functions, strong people and customer service skills, organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, confidence and self-motivation, ability to manage confidential information, prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and work autonomously and as part of a team.
