We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Control Manager to join our Governance and Corporate Transactions team at Macquarie Group Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and oversight of key Finance projects and governance initiatives.
  • Partner with teams across Finance and the broader Macquarie group to develop commercial solutions while managing risk.
  • Develop high-quality Board Audit Committee reporting and assist other Finance initiatives in an advisory capacity.
  • Oversee and uplift the Finance control environment.
Requirements
  • Commerce/Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably within financial services or professional services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing tasks to execute on key deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • An adaptable and agile mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding Macquarie's corporate structure, businesses, and operating environment.
