Financial Control and Reporting Manager

Liven Pty is a leading global data, technology, and customer experience provider for the hospitality industry. We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Control and Reporting Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and completion of full-year statutory reports, external audits, and compliance requirements. You will provide critical advice on M&A, consolidations, revenue recognition, intangibles, and more to internal stakeholders.

You will liaise with external professional service providers to ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance requirements globally. Additionally, you will enhance the functionality of our new ERP and EPM systems, ensuring seamless integration across our expanding global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly group consolidation, ensuring accuracy in P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations in line with internal policies.
  • Assist in the provision of timely reporting on a quarterly basis and any ad-hoc provision of data.
  • Play a pivotal role in special projects including international expansion, acquisitions, integrations, and capital raises.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or a strong foundation from a big 4/mid-tier audit practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to excel in high-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
  • Hands-on professional with a passion for building and optimising processes.
