Opportunity Overview

The role of Implementation Specialist is a critical part of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality onboarding and implementation projects across our suite of products.

In this position, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner will be invaluable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of our solutions for new customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and successful adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process, providing expert guidance and support to our customers.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to assess customer needs and develop customized configurations and setups.
  • Provide high-level knowledge of networking, Windows Server environments, and virtualization platforms to ensure efficient and secure implementations.
  • Scope professional services engagements in collaboration with our sales team and manage competing demands and shifting priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years' experience in IT implementations, consulting, or technical project delivery.
  • Working knowledge of PSA systems, CRM, ERP, RMM, and SaaS ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with documentation, workflows, and project planning tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
