Clinical Care Manager

Our national non-for-profit aged care provider is currently seeking a Clinical Care Manager for a newly developed aged care facility located in Harris Park, NSW. As the Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for clinical leadership and services, administration and monitoring of clinical systems, and ensuring care is delivered to a high standard.

Gorilla Jobs is proud to be partnering with a leading aged-care provider in the development of a new 85-bed residential aged-care facility in Harris Park, NSW. As an ageing community, the Harris Park facility will enable the provider to better care for and support seniors, keeping them close to their families and their community.

As the Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring services meet the care requirements of residents and required standards, while maximizing revenue through relevant funding based on assessed resident care needs. You will also be the escalation point for all clinical matters, providing support in relation to clinical leadership and services in the delivery of care, as well as administration and monitoring of clinical systems to ensure care is delivered to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the clinical duties of an 85-bed Aged Care facility in Harris Park, NSW
- Provide clinical leadership and services in the delivery of care Administer and monitor clinical systems to ensure care is delivered to a high standard
- Ensure services meet the care requirements of residents and required standards
- Maximize revenue through relevant funding based on assessed resident care needs
- Act as the escalation point for all clinical matters

**Requirements**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Clinical leadership role in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
