We are seeking a talented IT Service Desk Team Leader to drive the delivery of exceptional customer-focused support.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the service desk team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to the IT service desk team.
- Manage daily activities, coach staff, and ensure efficient resolution of incidents and requests.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to maintain high-quality services.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Team Lead or Team Leader role within an IT service desk environment.
- Expertise in using and configuring ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 suite.
- A hybrid work model with flexible leave options.
