Job Title: Service Desk Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Service Management Expertise

You will be the champion of ITIL based Service Management, modelling its implementation with other teams using the Service Management toolset. As the voice of the customer, you will ensure issues are logged, resolved and escalated correctly, prioritising customer needs against competing demands.

Rostering and Resource Management

You will implement robust rostering and resource models to meet service levels consistently across required hours.
