Project Coordinator Role Summary

This is a dynamic role within our organization, where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate and process sub-contractor tickets of work (STOW) through our work management system.
  • Compile project completion documents for client claims, thereby facilitating timely payment.
  • Process variations and schedule documents into the client system, ensuring seamless project progression.
  • Manage and facilitate access for the construction team, guaranteeing efficient collaboration.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting end-of-month financial data, providing valuable insights for business decisions.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Project Administrative/Coordinator, with a proven track record of success.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook, are essential for this role.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical competency are crucial in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prior experience with finance administration is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
