Fraud Prevention Lead

Ambitious professionals are sought to drive our anti-fraud capabilities and develop strategies to prevent, detect, and mitigate fraud across our global products and services.

This role will be part of our Risk Platform team, building out our Anti-Fraud features to protect our customers from Payment fraud.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fraud prevention strategies.
  • Lead product initiatives from ideation to launch.
  • Bring a fraud product to market and enhance existing fraud prevention tools.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the strategy for Payment fraud products and prioritizing key features and capabilities.
  2. Collaborating with commercial teams to enrich customer-facing fraud management offerings.
  3. Overseeing the product lifecycle of fraud prevention capabilities and tools for risk analytics and operation teams.
  4. Managing a team of Fraud Analysts and ensuring proactive monitoring of fraud metrics, identification of patterns and trends, and gathering of insights to improve fraud prevention strategies.

Requirements:

  • 7-15 years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Payments Fraud or Payments Risk Management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
