- We are seeking a results-driven leader to join our team in a Proprietary Lending Region Executive role, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

- As a senior executive, you will lead an expert team of bankers, building strong relationships, coaching skills, and implementing Premier Ways of Working to achieve business objectives.

- Key responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, and deploying resources within the team, including career/succession planning, colleague leave, management, and recruitment.

- You will also be responsible for role-modeling Distinctive Leadership and coaching to embed Premier Ways of Working across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering strong & consistent results
  • Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, identify business opportunities, and implement complex strategic plans
