Spare Parts Coordinator

Location: Sydney, Australia

Duration: 12 months (potential for extension)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Spare Parts Coordinator. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support our Field Service team in coordinating spare parts supply across Australia.

You will work closely with our Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of spare parts to our customers. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and experience in a similar role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze and manage spare parts requirements for key customers;
  2. Process and distribute spare parts quotations and invoices;
  3. Coordinate work performed by sub-contractors, including raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices;
  4. Support Service Managers and Teams with spare parts queries;
  5. Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform general administration duties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant diploma or equivalent experience;
  • At least 2-4 years' administration experience, preferably in a technical environment;
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills;
  • Experience with ERP systems beneficial;
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
