Job Description:

This role is crucial in ensuring seamless market supply and enhancing business and customer satisfaction. The Senior Supply Chain Planner will act as the strategic liaison for the Radiology Commercial team in Australia and New Zealand, managing planning activities for Molecular Imaging and Spares Management, and overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drive SCM topics for Radiology: Facilitate communication and collaboration on planning topics to align operations with commercial goals.
  • Supply and Demand Planning: Develop and execute high-quality supply and demand plans, balancing forecasts and actuals to optimize inventory.
  • Molecular Imaging Operational Planning: Manage strategic planning for the Molecular Imaging portfolio, including purchase orders and supplier coordination.
  • Spares Supplies Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of spare supplies, coordinating with local Service Engineers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track supply chain metrics like CFR and OTIF, addressing obsolescence issues.
  • S&OP Process Engagement: Participate in S&OP to align strategic and operational planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or finance; postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 5-7 years of supply chain experience in a global setting.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and planning operations.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, PowerBi).
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and process improvement approaches.
