Job Description

The role of a Home Care Worker is to provide support and assistance to older members of our community in their homes.

This involves performing general housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, making beds, and doing laundry. It also includes helping with meal preparation and grocery shopping, as well as providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities.

The successful candidate will be able to build positive relationships with clients and their families, while also being comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.

They will need to have a valid Australian Driver's Licence and own an insured, roadworthy vehicle.

A background or interest in community care or aged care is preferred but not essential.
